Customer Feedback

Bellow are the screenshots of customer feedback towards our products. 

Cake department

For the cakesicles, majorities of our customers likes the product and satisfied with our services. Some even gave a 10/10 review for the product since they loved how it tasted. The cakesicles was quite authentic since its not usually available at our typical cake stores.

Snacks Department

    While for the snacks department, we didn't get a really good review from the customers. Some says that the price offered for the Nabati was a bit higher compared to other shop that offers the same products. Another reason also the the product was a bit too common to be found at small convenient stores with a cheaper price where basically it isn't that authentic. That explains why not much customers order the product.

  

Tofu Department

For Tofu pudding, overall the feedback is good, but some customer are not satisfied with the product.
